f**king oath weapon...can't believe how some have given up already.

I reckon our little hiccup atm could be a blessing in disguise.

All the focus has gone off us & is on Canberra. We all know we are bad favourites.
Semi final pressure does strange things to teams. This is where finals and origin experience is very important. Maloney is a massive bonus in this case. As is the recent origin experience for Bird, Fifita, Wade etc.

The Raiders have very little big game experience. Could work for them or they might crack....

Yeah we go good against them, when they have a shyte squad. Now theirs is better than ours as we found out 2 weeks ago.
We can contain Melbourne who are the Xanax team. No ups or downs, just flat liners. By far our easiest opponent & not much left in their bag of tricks.
Cowboys are done IMO. They will have a surge in the finals, if they make it, but too little too late.
Broncos are mild Xanax. Doesnt work.
Bottom 2 of the 8 wont matterto us asthey will bow out week 1.
That leaves the Dogs who have plenty left in the tank & the bag of tricks, but we can contain them if our defense on the flanks is tight.
Biggest threat by far is the Raiders with their unpredictability, size & speed, as we saw.

Souths better watch out for the likes of Barba and Holmes, We just need to get our fast guys into space instead of smashing into a wall of defence

The "as per usual" is the underperforming sides putting on their grand final performances like a teenager before a big date ,Then hes got nothing left when the real big night comes.....Its all in the timing....... I'll bet Carcharias is not floggin the wire on a wednesday night

The negativity in people saying we are gone out in straight sets, they are playing expectations down, they dont want to believe we can win it, prefer to be massive underdogs.

Well we are not we are into right up to our eye balls and basically favourite to win it, close to best spine in the comp, Maloney knows about finals, origin experience as well.

Flanno is getting us ready to peak again, over last few weeks anyone with niggling injury rested we have never had that before, getting the guys ready to be on track come finals.

This is our year, porch light on, Harold is on his way home

2012 semis? Josh Papalii says hi!

We aren't falling into the finals this year. We are certainties for the top four and may finish as high as second so there is belief among Raiders fans that this year could be a big one. I'd imagine we'd pick up a few bandwagon supporters along the way once other teams seasons are over.

Underestimate us at your peril!

Ah yes 2012. The year dog shot papa, made a name for himself. Hasn't done a a thing since. He is probably your weakest player compared to the quality you get soliola, Hodgson, Bateman, Austin, rapana and Leilua

Papalii is our weakest forward? Surely you jest? He's a Qld and Kangaroo level player and has been awesome this year.
