PS4 Release date announced!!!

Pretty excited, got the call saying my console is in and I can pick it up on 29/11.

I'm getting so jealous hearing about people getting this. I just need a month off from work to finish my PS3 games. I much prefer to play games for a few hours at a time for a few days straight, but with work and other commitments I never get that opportunity.

Picked up Fifa 14, NBA 2k14, Battlefield 4 and Madden 25 on PS4 for $68.00 each.

Big W selling them quite cheap, with EB Games price matching.

Also they have PS4 controllers for $78.00, which I will pick up at 5:00pm.

Your post prompted me to run over to EB but the woman said she can't do it until tomorrow.

I received an email this morning from EB Games saying I can pick up my pre-order of FIFA 14 today but figured I would wait until tomorrow and pick everything up in one hit. Have tomorrow off work so I'm looking forward to it. Might pick up Madden 25 tomorrow as well?

Yeah I stopped buying PS3 games as well pretty much once the PS4 was announced at E3

Only games I've bought since June are The Last of Us and GTA V.

Will keep my PS3 though as I'm pretty Keene for Stick of Truth but I'm hoping that will be able to be downloaded to PS4 via PSN

I didn't. I will wait for some better games and, as previously stated, I've finished my PS3 collection.
