are fun... I'll start with an easy one!

Two boy scouts and two leaders are on one side of the river. They have a boat that can carry a maximum of EITHER two boy scouts OR one leader. How can they ALL get across the river?

Use the Bridge just a bit futher down the river?

Or put the boys in the boat and let the scouts swim :)

There's no bridges, they were burnt down by their enemies, and if you put two leaders in the boat it will sink, and also none of them know how to swim, and if they tried they'd get eaten by the sharks and alligators that live in the water.

Ok here's anohter

A farmer is on one shore of a river and has with him a fox, a chicken, and a sack of grain. He has a boat that fits one object besides himself. In the presence of the farmer nothing gets eaten, but if left without the farmer, the fox will eat the chicken, and the chicken will eat the grain. How can the farmer get all three possessions across the river safely?

The two boy scouts go over. One comes back, and a leader goes over. The other boy scout goes back, then both boy scouts go back over. One comes back, and the other leader goes over. Then the other boy scout comes back, and both go back over.

#5) A frog fell into a well 12 feet deep. He could jump 3 feet, but every time he jumped 3 feet, he fell back 2 feet. How many times did he have to jump to get out of the well?
