His work on the third Cleary try was sublime. Fittler described it well. Running cross field, "hiding" the ball from the defence, dummy to Kikau then gave it to Crichton. For that second the defence didn't know who had the ball and by then the break was made and Cleary was under the posts.

His kick for the Cleary try was ridiculous. Absolutely pin point.

The Roosters have been through a extended period of success and don't like to lose, especially to a newcomer. They think they are entitled to win. Newcomers like us should give them a run for their money but, ultimately lose.
When you knock them or the Storm off usually a tantrum ensues from somebody at their repective clubs.
Can't upset the status quo!

I bet if the Chooks won the other night Robinson would be praising how much of a good side we are.
We had our worse game of the year IMO, as they ignored the tries they scored from the stupid errors we made. To'o's ridiculous tap back into our in goal directly resulting to a try, and Naden's idiotic brain fart in touching an offside ball which intimately led to the Easts last try. If anything, it showed that we weren't ready for this match, even after some players being rested.

I would hope they learnt some lessons from that game for next week.
Finals football is a whole different kettle of fish. Must play for 80 and must fight for your survival. If you don't the opposition will. None of this coasting business because we are up by 2 converted tries. Got to give it all and then some.

Discipline is paramount in the finals. Edwards, To'o and Naden hopefully have their minds on the job in that Major semi final.

Agreed. By the way, I love your profile pic, even though I'm not a Trump supporter.
