hes a better origin fullback. its a different game. i havent seen hunt drop a bomb for years and the other night slater throws the ball in his own in goal in a test match.

there is no point in arguing because some people cant understand the difference hunt has made to qld's origin team.

once again.. slater played origin in 2004/2005 - lost both series

2006 - qld win series
2007 - qld win series

i think we still may possibly be able to win with slater at fullback, but we would have been a better team with hunt there and prince or cronk 5/8

hellteam you can't put the win or loss of an origin series on any one player. IMO Both Slater and Hunt deserve to be in the team and when Locky comes back Tate should get the flick with either Slater or Hunt on the wing.

I quite like the look of the team but Hunt at 5/8 as others have said is questionable. I just don't know if he's ready for the position yet let alone being thrown into it for SOO. Hopefully his defence holds up, he actually did a very good job when he was up in the front line in the 2006 grand final. He's a tough bastard and a bloke that rises to a challenge and an occaison so hopefully he'll come through.

hunt is a really good footballer - but this year, slater has absolutely shat all over him, his dog, his car, his house - everything hunt owns, has slater's sh*t on it.

Warrior glasses? I'm a league fan mostly mate who supports the Warriors. Therefore why shouldn't I support Luck? Lillyman is a cheese and tomato rugby league player whilst Luck is more of a mix of Lamb and Beef in a Subway Sub. Michael Luck always put his body on the line every game. And let me not miss out when he does put his body on the line he does plenty of damage to the oppenents. Pistol mate take off your Cowboys/Bronco's glasses.
