I think our backs such as Walker,Johnston, Auva'a & even Lote are playing more exciting footy now due to the quicker & more efficient service of our new halves pairing.
These backs are sensing the opportunities available & are eager to get more involved.Even though we were winning games with JS at 5/8 I was never convinced that he would ever be the saviour whilst playing in the halves.
I think JS has helped in some ways to take us to the G/F door but I don't think he ever had the ability in the halves to unlock it!!
I think,however, that Keary has a healthy bunch of keys in his pocket to choose from.He is a very confident young player who will go through the door & hopefully take over the G/F house!!
