We got that close with a shit start to the second half. We got that close with the classic home town refereeing. Ultimately, say what you want about the refs, but that comes down to two pieces of unbelievably dumb football. Manu Ma'u taking out Slater for absolutely no reason, and Brown's unnecessary tackle in the penultimate set.

Take those plays out and we take out one try, and get the final set of the match. Add in the try from panic footy that we conceded meekly and those are huge turning points in a close game.
