Like everyone else I'm devasted at the passing of my footy idol and the greatest I've ever seen. I had the pleasure of meeting him some 11 years ago and had a good lengthy conversation about the RedV past, present & future. Such a friendly, honest and down to earth humble man was my lasting impression.
A few things he had to say somewhat surprised me, along the lines of he had no time for the management & they had little time for him. He said he rarely attended any Dragons matches as he did not like being wheeled out to make a buck and mix with wankers in the corporate box. Rather he enjoyed going to the SFS with his mates to watch Souths or Easts and have a few beers sitting in the stands with real people.
He had a huge wrap on Nathan Brown as a coach and as a man and said he showed great respect to him and other former Dragon internationals always asking for advice and views. RIP Changa the greatest Saint

Such a great player. I felt honored to have seen him play. RIP Changa. A true immortal.
But I do take exception to the inclusion of alleged incidents by Rothfield in his article.
Is is beyond belief that he would raise that issue. I wish I could put into words how I feel about Rorhfield.
RIP Changa.

He was my late father's favourite player when I was a kid, I remember there was an article in the old Sun newspaper that had a large full length photo of him listing all the injuries he had suffered, imagine with modern day training and recovery how many games he could have played, Vale Changa!.

Memo the Graeme 'Changa' Langlands.

In 1971, I had the pleasure of carrying your kit bag from the club car park to the ground.
Now 47 years later, I have the pleasure of carrying those memories with me for ever.

Hope the Pearly Gates Bar is well stocked for the many who'll be lining up to buy the man we call Changa, a coldie.

Better make it a schooner as well ........he would sidestep middies as good as he could an opposition fullback.

Thanks for the memories Mr G. Langlands................ there were many.

Without a doubt, the best full back to grace the game in the last 50 plus years.

His famous sidestep, toughness and ESP playing with Smithy will forever live in my memory.

Would never leave the ground early when the side was trailing whilst ever Changa and Smithy were on the field and healthy. He would never give up.

You were simply amazing champ.

RIP Changa

Rothfield the piece of shit has edited his article to make it look like the previous submission never existed.

Scumbag.
Unfortunate that a few with no morals (including Rothfield) have even made mention of unproven allegations at this time. Changa should be remembered for being the champion that he was. R.I.P Changa and condolences to the Langlands family.
