Also Perry is having a shocker, wouldn't tonight have been a good opportunity to test the likes of McConnell or Green at this level?

We may not win but that run from Kemp was worth watching. Haven't seen Michaels or Boyd do that in their careers to date. I like the look of this kid.

For those who don't know, Kemp has only been playing Rugby League for a couple of years, he used to play Soccer.

Yeah played Soccer until he was 17 before switching to League.

God that run of his was enjoyable! F**k the result I was left somewhat satisfied with that piece of play. He could of just picked himself for next week out on the Wing.

BTW F**k off Stagg, Perry and Thorn f**k they were sh*t and I have never sworn as much as I did tonight!

Manly are going great at the moment with 9 wins from 10 games but for some reason I don't really envisage 'Grand Final Winners' in their future from what I've seen so far.

I have to agree, they are playing each game just enough to win.
I am yet to see Manly get out of 2 gear this year. I swear i didn't hear Orfords name once on the radio in the 2nd half.

Then again the team I fancy to win the comp the Storm are also very good at winning but not quite at their peak.

Intriguing game next week I can't believe Channel Nine has snubbed it for Raiders v Dragons/Bulldogs v Cowboys and Panthers v Tigers.

I'm wondering will this be the first time since 1991 that Broncos will miss the finals. They are a good honest defensive unit but they are just too easy to defend against at the moment. They need to omit Perry from the squad for good.

Yeah, not the most inspiring game by Manly. Still good to be leading the comp though. Next week should be a great game, but if I were putting money on a team it would have to be Melbourne.

Stagg is a powderpuff of a forward, in the Fitzgibbon mould of racking up high tackle counts through assists and flops and he's certainly not much cop at centre.

Perry well he's just Perry, I'd rather the likes of Moon, McConnell, Green or even Hunt given a go in the 7 for the rest of the year as he's simply not the answer and not even an adequate stop gap measure anymore.

But Thorn? He may have had an off night but he's one of the few forwards who I won't question the commitment of. How often do you see him make 3-4 tackles in a row around the ruck? He does a lot of good work that goes un-noticed.
