couldnt resist, I still remember the fun that followed the 50 point drubbings we received with a reserve grade side in 2005

On a side note. It was an amazing game to watch, that second half was almost like watching a game of touch footy. It may have been mentioned somewhere in the previous pages but surely 46 points would have to up there for the largest amount of points scored by one side in a half of footy in a long long long time

I'm quite sure the Broncos scored more than that in a 2nd half against the Eels back in '95 (54 points IIRC) and are still the record holders.

Brisbane did indeed score 54 points in the 2nd half against the eels in 1995.
The Broncos trailed 14-6 @ the half and won 60-14 (Lockyers debut game)
Knights vs Cowboys in 2003 was the largets 1st half score (48) IIRC

Melbourne V Wests in 99, Melbourne scored 48 unanswered points in the second half, to win 62-6, they were leading 14-6 at half time

Matt Geyer scored 4 tries and 9 goals in that effort
