Every time we lose, we always say it was because of who did or didn't play on the day. Everyone bags Gidley but when he's out, we say we need him etc.

I think we just need to realise we are just crap and the style of play we use doesn't suit our players no matter who's in or out on the day. Our forwards, outside backs and 5/8 are fine. We just need an organising halfback and everything will click.

It doesn't even have to be a great player, just someone who can structure the team and get the backs involved and we will forget about these dark times pretty quickly

Our forwards just don't provide any sort of attacking spark, look at all the top teams they all got forwards who can do something in attack, we've got plodders who have nothing except toughness to go on, toughness is all well and good but unfortunately it's not going to put points on the board.

The games we won the boys got off to good starts and seemed to play without restraint, they threw the ball around, little short attacking chip kicks, etc.
The games we've lost we've tried to grind and bore the opposition to death but we seem to make more errors playing this way

And in those games we won, the flyer never lasted a full game. We looked busted towards the end and were flattered by the ineptitude of our opposition.

Very true, those 3 big wins we had the opposition didn't turn up, whilst we played well in those games, the reality is the tigers and cowboys are 16th and 13th respectively. The titans game they had a mountain of injuries, the panthers game we won but deserved to lose.

So, we go alright against weak opposition who drop the ball all game.

Just embarrassing. No excuses are acceptable for last night.

We had a decent team, at home against a team which has been a rabble for 3 weeks.

Bogey team or not, we should have won by 40.

We choked as per usual against any team that sticks with us. Same as always.

We are great at beating up teams that self destruct, that's our whole strategy, hope the opposition has a bad day.

I suspect 2013 will end like 2012, with us missing the eight after another mid season collapse.

The most disappointing part is we are regressing year on year, after the application of unlimited resources and a "super" coach.
