Our defensive record was horric under him last time, I don't know why anyone thought it would be different this time around...especially when this group of players already proved last year that they don't have the mental strength to defend their line.

I actually think the biggest indictment on Stone is the squad's ability on paper. While we're no world beaters, I look at our team and I see enough in the individuals to at least be a competitive NRL team. He's got some talent to work with, it's not just a basket case full of Reagan Tanners and Todd Polglases.

To me that makes this worse. We were bad last year, but we're inept this year.

None us did though tbf. That call was all on the club. Appointing stone meant they continued to pay him what he was already owed.
