Gidley looked really good at training. He must be better than a 50% chance to play by the look of him and if he does, I expect Roberts to get the spear with Gower to 7 and for Gids to return from the bench.

That's certainly the way I hope Wayne goes anyway.

As Dave said, I have a feeling that Roberts will be dropped and replaced by Gower, with Gidley coming onto the bench. Hopefully a couple of the boys have been doing goal kicking practice, especially whilst Gidley is waiting to come on.

On a side note, I was extremely impressed with Rochow last week. IMO it was his best game so far in first grade. He was outstanding v's the Broncos!!

Snowden and McManus back. Houston starts for Scott who's injured. Gidley possibly a late inclusion.

No Scott is a big blow but House has been going well. I'm more disappointed that Gower isn't in the 7.

I have a feeling Gower will start and they'll throw Roberts on the bench, this is a massive massive game for us. Just think Gower would be the better pick because of those circumstances.

I can't believe House's improvement. A few weeks ago, we were dreading his return to first grade but he's since become on our best forwards.

We've got a good chance, even with Lewis possibly returning for them, if we turn up, we're very capable of piling on the points after their performance against the Warriors.

He is much more suited to playing up the middle. Nothing fancy, just leg drive.

This is mainly due to him playing prop, which most of us identified long ago as his best position and one that plays to his strengths. Problem is, this week he is coming into the 2nd row and will likely play wider, a position where he has been mostly terrible for us.

Be interesting to see who drops off if Gidley comes back.

Would have to be gower right cant really see wayne carrying 2 outside backs on the bench unless he drops Roberts and plays Gidley or gower at 7 which I cant see either considering he is the long term 7.
