Stupid by Molo they weren't going anywhere.
Rava bombed one.
Then we score and then Faegai error and then they score.
If we cut out the stupid Dragons play we can get this.
We havent capatalised on the opportunities they give us.
Few six again's and Amone kicks for himself instead of building more pressure.
Just like us to nearly concede before ht.
If we lose this it will be because of our stupidity.
Last sentence came to fruition.
Following us for far too long.

It’s certainly hurts to lose like that but someone has to win and someone lose Those games. We competed hard to the last play. Ben Hunt had a top game and didn’t make a boo boo in last Titans try, he had to trust Sua to make tackle. Sua played well but just couldn’t make the ground. I thought quite a few penalties were soft, but then we were playing away.

Moses Mybe played well and gave his all.

Zac Lomax is a pretty good goal kicker but seems to miss the big kicks. My intuition knew he would shank the last conversion, which then pumped up the Titans for a perfect short kick off. Then when the 6 agains started rolling in I knew we were cooked.

BTW I didnt think Molo 10 in bin penalty was that bad?

Hahaha what a shit team we are, I was a Hook fan but he can f**k off now , if Hook is serious about coaching after this year he can get rid of Amone and replace him with Bud ……. Really really really dumb players and ABSOLUTELY no game plan ffs I’m pissed off !!!!!!

Each player gave there all, however i thought Jnr Amone was sluggish, bird had some highlights but still runs sideways. Lomax is offf, and Lawrie convinced me he is just a bench prop. Sullivan based his game yesterday needs to be back in at the expense of Mbye or Amone.

On a bright note...

WOW....

Toby Couchman was absolutely outstanding today. I've been really impressed with him since he debuted, but he went to another level today. He's a super promising young kid that we should all be extremely excited about. He looks right at home in 1st grade. Great effort in everything he does on the field. An absolute workhorse who has great ability to get in between defenders with late, and subtle, footwork at the line. Seems to consistently pull through tackles and is very hard to bring down. Displays continued effort on effort in defence. He's deceptively big too which allows him to stand in tackles and offload.

It's crazy to think that he, and his brother, have just turned twenty. I thought Ryan, other than a few defensive mistakes early, was really good in reserve grade yesterday as well.

Bar injury, I can't see Toby losing his spot in 1st grade this year, which will do him the world of good going forward. He still has plenty of filling out to do and, with continued natural improvement, the sky is truly the limit.

If he's not playing rep football by his mid twenties I'll turn it up.

Credit where credit is due...

Well done Hook for giving this kid his start in first grade. He'll wear the red V for many years to come.

Gutted absolutely gutted, Griffen hasnt got what it takes to take this side anywhere near the 8
The way our team is coached and the type of players we have and players that we don't will definitely mean us being bottom of the table this year. I cannot see us beating the Raiders next week and then the Roosters the following round. These games are followed by the Bulldogs and then the Tigers and the Cowboys. These games I cannot see us winning as well.

So we have so far lost 3 of 5 games and then the next 5 games being lost will mean us winning only 2 games out of 10. Goodbye Hook.

I was at the game and keenly watching Lomax and Hunt during the warm-ups and not once did I see them talk to each other, make eye contact or acknowledge each other even just now on the defensive drills holding the bags together. If anyone tells you that we are not a divided team tell them to go to the doctor's. This is not a good sign to me and if I was coaching I would not have let it get to this stage. I'll continue to watch the two of them during the game. When Lomax scored Hunt managed to pat him on the head when Hunt scored what looked at the time to be the match winner Lomax didn't even congratulate him and missed an easy conversion kick that eventually cost us the match. Yesterday I bumped into half the team at Pacific Fair shopping centre just wandering around not on any official duties. My question is where was the other half of the team. Make no mistake to my eye this team is divided and are not playing for the coach

I knew when Lomax missed that kick like everyone the short one was coming and we would get done by 2.....and bingo....
My immediate thoughts exactly BSE. I was shouting my head off when Lomax missed the conversion (he is now deadset a heart stopper when it comes to goal kicks now). He kicks that goal and then we at least have a chance of either winning or going into golden point. I was yelling that they would do a short kick off and lo and behold they did and what do you know they regather and then score. The script was there all along to go with the vision of what was going to unfold. SHHHIIIITTTT!

The side is playing for each other, which could not be said 12 months ago.Kerr continues to impress, has Lomax ever kicked a pressure goal? He needs a stint in Reggie’s to see how Max goes but it won’t happen. There is some good things happening in this side but the coach doesnt know how to utilize it.

I noticed the same thing last few weeks Whenever Hunt scores Lomax I’s either very slow or nowhere to be seen to congratulate him, seems wierd
