Jye Gray has an immediate future as a bench utility imo. He needs to train in all 4 spine positions to be able to cover all 4 if needed in a game but also can play as an extra spine member when we want some x factor late in a game.
What his longer term future holds as far as a regular starting spot is, I'm not sure. But the old, "too small" excuse has been made before on guys like Langer (as handy mentioned) and also Preston Campbell. Even skinny Byrne got rissolled from our club for that reason and went on to play a GF and score plenty of tries in a solid 1st grade career.
If you're good enough, you're big enough.
