Bit of a concern?

I always felt that with a Souths tragic like RC at the helm, he'd have our best interests at heart. But, if some new ziollionaire takes over, what direction might they steer us and will they put the almighty dollar ahead of the love of the club and the game should the club start losing money?

They always said that Rugby League is not a business you go into if you want to make big profits (although Rusty seems to be set to clear a tidy profit himself according to these reports). So, who's hands will we end up in?

Now the Limited News mob have added this response from Russell to the above link that wasn't there initially -

"Crowe responded to the report, claiming there’s nothing to it without outright denying it. “Just tell them all it’s bullshit and advise them to enjoy the summer sun,” Crowe said via his media manager Grant Vandenberg."

Calling something bullshit is outright denying it in my book.

Yeah, I bet News Ltd is behind all this.
Read their story. The jealousy is dripping off the ink on their pages.
And they calling us "a basketcase" when we made the preliminary for how many years straight, and no mention of the injury toll. Maybe they should look around the NRL, and in their own back yard, like the Broncos for example. Crashed and burned 2 out of the last 3 years.
These azzzzholes just can't help themselves when it comes to South Sydney

Because they can't be unbiased. They carry a grudge. They got a whole team of them:
Old man Buzz - hates Bennett, carries the Murdoch flag.
Fat Bulldog - hates Bennett, too afraid to lose his job to go against Murdoch.
The drunken thug who got the sack - hates Crowe, hates Bennett, hates Souths.
Why?
Because we shat on them in court after they kicked us out.
And then Russ shat on the drunken thug in a defamation court, and the thug had to crawl and react in writing.
They don't forget.
Neither do we....

handy, these kids are junior prospects not yet ready for 1st grade, We have picked up a few of these ourselves in the front row. 1 young kid from the Storm system several months ago and 2 youngsters announced last week from the Blackhawks system. We picked up Jason Hallie last year and he didn't set the world on fire in Ball and Flegg but we'll see what he brings this year.

For every one that makes it at NRL level, there's 2 that don't.
