Good start to seasonGraham with a possible serious hand injury.
Good to read a balanced appraisal of the situation. Yes we could be stronger in the front row but the reality is nowhere near as dire as the doomsayers want to make out.![]()

Yep. Mythology? The correct word should be just myth and it's not a myth, it's an opinion. Many on here, elsewhere and in the media are of the opinion that our middle rotation is light on compared to the top teams. It's not a "mythology" or a mythologicalism" or a "mythtery" if we want to go all the way and not settle for mediocrity.![]()

solly would only be relaying what Wayne has told him he’s a money man not a footy coachSometimes the surest bet is the exact opposite of what head honchos are saying. Like when a coach says he's got the compete support of the board, you know he's duck soup.
So, Solly saying our middles are sweet and a bloke like Molo about to become available? I say, watch this space.
Chances are, Wayne has told him to play the media with a straight bat and give nothing away.solly would only be relaying what Wayne has told him he’s a money man not a footy coach
Shaque spends all of his time trying to attain some degree of fitness which he finds very difficult---he's too big & cumbersome---if he's the best we can offer we have troubles !! He's surviving on the fact he's a "MITCHELL"--that's not good enough !!
Wayne is likely keen on snaring Brandon Smith midway through the season and so needs enough cap space left to cover 0.5% or so of his salary which would still be a fair bit. So, with not much to spend left in the cap allowing for that potential eventuality, delaying signing anyone else for as long as possible reduces what we would have to pay them.
Once we click over into Feb, then that's one month's salary less a potential other signing needs to be paid meaning they get 0.75% of the agreed salary for 2025 since a quarter of the nrl year will have elapsed by next weekend. So, if we are to have a surprise addition, I'd reckon it won't be before Saturday at the earliest, if at all.
Declan Casey spotted at training. I’m hoping it’s a Cup contract and not top 30
