Trouble is there is limited cap space,so we sign up and comers,as long as we replace the forwards that are leaving,havili,mitchel,host, at this stage garlic replaces havili but we need 2 props

I can't agree that we're signing up and comers. We're signing reserve graders.
Garlick - 30 with <40 first grade games.
Kosi - 27 with <40 first grade games.
Graham-Taufa - 24 with <5 first grade games, though he is potentially the pick of the bunch.
Glover - 23 with 0 first grade games at an average St George team.

None of those signing make our first grade unless MGT can offer cover on an edge.

I do agree that we need to strengthen the forward pack though. Unfortunately, none of these signings do and we're probably gonna roll out Keppie again in round 1. We need at least 1 dangerous edge forward and bench middles.
