Why? It’s in his best interest to do all of the above, why would you refuse treatment to an injury etc

If true then that's really weird as the staff are here to help him and as Toes said, it's in his best interests. Certainly more to the story I think.

Wouldn't discount the possibility of mental illness playing a part.

Sometimes depression hits guys hard when they're injured and the idea of working their way back can be too much to handle.

Hope he's doing okay on a personal level, but very disappointed to see him go. I rated Sifa really highly as a back rower
