Raiders are gutless

This post deserves a rehash after the Raiders capitulated again. I can't cop excuses like "we played dumb football" from Matthew Elliott. On optus on Sunday morning there was a game from 98' against the Saints and Canberra had an awesome side that bears little resemblance of todays team of misfits and underachievers. Canberra had Clyde, Stuart, Priddis,Macfadden, Kennedy, Furner, Mullins, Vainikolo, Mcnamara, Atkins, Costin(jurys out on this one) and a couple of others. All of whom are no longer with the side. Management needs a big kick up the arse for the way they ran the club into the ground and have failed to attract any talent to the side besides Colella and Schifcofske. Canberra are the shame of the league.

Maybe not yet,but with a bit of luck they could fill that role in 2005.
