the board did THIS mate, THIS CURRENT POSITION WE ARE IN, the board oversaw it all , recruiting of coaching, CEO, marketing, etc etc etc.

They also oversaw the departure of Lang, Anderson, Preston, Best, Merrit, Nutely, peachey, treister, graham, Grose etc etc etc
