WA Reds Jim Beam Cup jersey is probably the closest thing I’ve got to a rare jersey.

Awesome.

Reds (pre Super League) is in my opinion the best jersey design I’ve seen. I’ve got a Western Reds Cash Converters jersey in mint condition still with the original price tag attached. I’ve got a bunch of old jerseys but the Reds kit is possibly my favourite.

Theres a bloke I know through networks who has an enormous collection of all kinds of Reds gear… like an alladins cave. I’ve seen it and it’s just mindblowing.

But that’s an awesome Trifecta you have.

I’ve got a bunch of Rams kit too. I love all of it but do admit the Reds stuff is just visually top shelf, cream of the crop.

I absolutely love the Wigan Norweb kits. And the sponsorship part of the jersey print, not a patch or similar like the Aussie jerseys of the same era.

This is the style I have below … there were a few slight variants of this, and another Norweb with the solid red hoops.. which one you have??

The Perth puma concept merch would have to be the rarest rl gear in this country?
I was at a Reds Jim beam cup game and the WARL had found two boxes of SL reds kit in storage they were flogging off for $20 a jersey. Many match worn.
I should have bought both boxes looking at what they sell for now!

Yeah mate that’s pretty rare. But the GC Gladiators is the ultimate rarest of rare…no one I know of has ever found one…. And I know some expert hunters… The Rams yellow kit from their final game is the 2nd most Hunted I know…

Theres was one up on eBay recently, match worn by Barrie-Jon Mather… went for 4 figures…

The NSWRL badged 94 jersey? Yeh they are equally hard to get hold of! Here's ones not in my collection, yet! Western Reds Sevens & pre 95 Kick off, Perth Reds SL jersey with sponsors and Jim Beam WA Reds. There's also a 1996 Western Reds jersey, same as 95 but with Sunday Times sponsoring when News Ltd took over the club.

The gladiators won the plate final at the Coca Cola Sevens… it’s the only time they played as the Gladiators, they had to change their name as the TV show “Gladiators” was big at the time and there was some legal injunction etc from them against the Gold Coast for using “their” name..

So they changed to the Chargers..
