people bagging bell need to get a grip

the way sheens uses his lock means they are essentially a defender. it is in the gameplan for him to take limited hit ups and just tackle

he runs as a decoy probably twice every set

his defence is first rate and much better then heighingons. also on one of his few hit ups he offloaded was the play before lawrences try. the offload lead to a good hitup by woods as the defence was retreating, hence the quick play the ball giving farah the space to throw a dummy and hit the gap

I think Heino is part of the problem. His hit ups are soft, his misses tackles and when he hits they do not sting. He is nowere near as good as he was a couple of years ago. With Thompson and Pettybourne arriving next year I would encourage Chris to go to Super League as he would not take up an import spot over there.

Our biggest problem is that the coach never makes tough decisions and drops players after inept performances. In saying that I think Cashmere will play a bit of NSW cup before he gets another chance in the NRL team.

are you serious? You praise Moltzen when he is crap and don't know what Bell is good for or see what he does?

If your stats are correct, 34 tackles. How many minutes was that? Less than Blair and Heighno that's for sure. He has been fantastic playing 13 when Heighno was out and that's where I'd have him and punt Heighno to BRET.

Fulton and Bell are what we need in the back and unfortunately Blair will be there as well.

Bell made 25 m in attack. Defensively he also looked a little slow out there. I don't think he was terrible but he certainly wasn't good.

As for Moltzen - good we need him in our team. He is our best ball runner at the moment bar none. I think you have it all mixed up and I think the Moltzen haters are looking as stupid as ever.

It is always Sheens fault when players don't perform isn't it. 25 metres in attack is f**ken terrible.

Bell wasn't signed to run 100m a game you goose. He's an effective tackler, far more effective than Heighington, and as such should go back to lock. Never had an issue with being cut up the middle with Woods, Bell and Galloway all in the middle.

On Ray Cashmere: Stupid penalty. Should have been hooked for that.

Anyone criticising Cashmere needs to stop and have a think about it.
He is playing for f**k all money and has had a very solid season this year.

He made one mistake, punching on with a bloke in a scrum while in possession. Big deal. He's the only forward with the guts to throw a punch and I congratulate him for throwing a few. The penalty could've gone either way and they probably just should have repacked the scrum anyway with no penalties.

He hardly cost us the game or deserves to be dropped on one mistake or one bad game. I'd be dropping others before him.

It was a dumb penalty by Ray,so was Benji's penalty for being in front of the kicker, and there lies part of our problem... playing dumb

Yeah cashmere had a brain snap, but he's hardly been a problem for us. 1 man's stupidity in a scrum to give away a penalty isn't the reason why we played like shit for 65 minutes.

WT, IMO will struggle to win any game with Blair and Hino in the back row together, like wise with Benji and Reddy defending together.

Really need Fulton and Ellis back. Further highlights how important Gibbs defensive workload was as well.

All of our bench needs more minutes, this includes Moors and Cashmere.

It shows when Heighington is being dominated at lock. When Bell played there that alleviated that hole that was left by Gibbs' departure.

Agree with the minutes, Sheens is frying our starting props. KG and Woods will be f**ked by the finals.
