well they will get Manu back later this year...but i think they've decided to have a rebuild year as they did in 2016 and aim to win a comp within 2 years as they did back then.

I was having a drink with an ex-Rooster at the Steyne hotel in Manly on the christmas long weekend and he said they won't make the 8 this year.

It surprised me and some of the roosters fans i know have already conceded its a rebuild year.

Which is something the roosters don't normally concede or aim to do.
