Haha, Gidley certainly was player of the day for the Tiges, that brain snap was one of the best. But the refs got that one right.

Brooks was pretty quiet but came to the fore at the right times, the 40/20 and the lead up to the last try. Shows what a quality player he is becoming, having an ordinary game but stepped in when the going was tough.

Lawrence was better than he has been for a while.

Anasta, well I've given up bagging him cause noones listening.

Blair was patchy, really good at times but threw a couple of suspect offloads.

The refs just love making mistakes at crucial junctures

My understanding is that Siro got a head knock but came off as precaution and Simona had a knock to the knee but isnt anything major?

It was a good ugly win considering the injuries we had during the game and the incompetence of the match officials to even resemble impartial and fair officiating. The level of NRL officials is very poor but if Klein is not given at least a month in the NSW Cup, the NRL is a joke. Kurt would have got points in our players man of the match poll, he help win us the game
