There we go I found a link on the rumour.
Soward set for NRL return, says Wallace
James Segeyaro may be on his way to the Super League but Penrith teammate Jamie Soward looks set for an NRL return this weekend. Both players have been out of favour in recent weeks at the Panthers, but while there are reports linking Segeyaro to Leeds, Soward?s banishment from the top grade is almost over, with halfback Peter Wallace revealing the team have been preparing as though he will be facing South Sydney on Friday night.
?I think things will just depend on how the boys pull up from Origin, what team takes the field, but we?ve been preparing all week as if Jamie will be playing so you never know,? said Wallace, who will make his 200th NRL appearance in the match.
Its from Wallace's mouth but it could happen.
Greg Inglis is praying this is true.. GI owns Sowie.
Love the bloke but this is his last chance. Please put him next to Yeo
Watch the cowboys game. Putting Yeo next to Soward doesn't help.
Soward has had a defensive problem ever since he made grade. He's been coached by some of the best. (Wayne Bennett etc) He's been dropped time and time again at every club for the same 2 reasons.
1. His defence.
2. (Inconsistent) He's a highlight player and doesn't follow team instruction.
Ask the Dragons supporters, and before them, the Roosters supporters. He's frustrating. You never know which player is going to play.
Sowie has had many years to fix his rugby league. sometimes he's a magician, but unfortunately sometimes he's just an Ian. (No magic) (sorry to all the Ian's) which is disappointing, I for one was hoping Sowie would rejuvenate his career with us, and bring the "magic" we've all witnessed over the years.
Going forward, I'm happy with Cleary in the 7. It's the 6 where we need a quick fix. (The long term is injured)
Moylan shifted into the halves vs Manly and made a massive difference to the outcome, bringing us back into the game and eventually the W at the final whistle.
If the origin players come through unscathed, expect to see Moylan shifting in and out of 5/8.
