Yeah he was good in the trials too, St Marys is killing everyone. We lack depth. Hopefully he stays

That last 10mins was terrible. Camped in their half, and didn't even entertain the idea of a field goal until it the last 60sec.

Even then the kicker was in a bad position, and the pass was shit house.

Doubt it very much. Soni is very much in the plans for fg I'd say.

He will keep getting better.

Sommerton is to slow to really be a top fg 9.

Soni just needs to be given some time on the park.

The style we play atm doesn't particularly suit soni. He isn't a structured player and he very much plays eyes up footy. It's just about finding the right balance for him.

Soni will get more game time if he does the basics well. Luai is an eyes up player but does the basics well enough to cover the down games.

Until he is getting atleast 30 mins a game than that 4th bench spot is up for grabs.

Blacker, Lisati and Henry ran the ball strongly. Sagagga was also good when he came on. Falls failed to control the game before he got injured, expected more from him in a very young backline.
Kicking options were poor throughout the game, we should’ve put more pressure on.
Fale, McLean and Iongi looked the most impressive in the backline, although Cole did show some nice touches.
A game we should’ve won.
