If we fail this year, its what BA does next year which determines for me if BA can coach and deserves the job.

He has exceeded expectations 4 out of the last 5 years (assuming we miss the finals this year), so no way he deserves to be sacked after one poor year!!

Also it's not like our cap is stuffed and we can't make changes to our squad too!
