Really looking forward to the footy today.

I’m watching the rain come over the beach, I’m 5 hours into a 10hour slow cooked bolognese (bulk cook for freezing mid week yum dinners) and the kitchen already smells of red wine and garlic simmering.

Im about an hour away from throwing the leg of lamb in for dinner and the footy is blaring.

PS Sunday my favourite day of the week and I almost always do a slow cooker recipe to stock up our frozen delights for busy weeknights. Slow cooked Ragu bolognese, slow cooked stroganoff, slow cooked beef brisket etc.
