Yes, Hodgson's tackles per minute in that first 31 minutes were very high. He really stepped up his intensity after Ofahengaue limped off. Arthur's always knows when to rest him.

Bit harsh on Sivo. He had some brain explosions but he scored a try and had 22 runs for 215m.

How good was the go forward from our outside backs! They stepped up to cover our missing props in attack and Hodgson stepped up to cover them in defence. Great team effort.

We probably have 5 blokes who could be number 17 for 20 minutes a game in any side in the NRL...Greig, Doorey, Murchie, Makatoa, and Ogdin. Unfortunately, they're also required to be number 10, 11, 15, and 16 at the moment.

That was a great effort considering we had every single one of our grand final forwards missing and the perceived weakness of our bench forwards. For our second stringers to dominate the Cowboys pack like that will hold us in good stead for the end of the season if we make it there.

I think he should stick with what he's doing and play it by ear. No two games are the same, but it's important we start well to set up the win down the back end of the game.
