Shit way to lose!

Great way to win however I thought Parramatta showed a lot of heart, poor second half by key players cost you in the end.

Dogs had plenty of chances but like our season to date failed to take them (Luck will change with these soon enough)... Great crowd, great rivalry! Keep your heads up and I hope you beat the Roosters.

Bulldogs are well trained, fit and committed... Think Parramatta need to follow the Ciraldo/Touma avenue and clean out players who are lazy (Lane, Cartwright, Junior Etc.) and buy 1st graders/fringe players who are committed, fit, willing too work hard at training and have a never say die attitude.

Hodgson was coming off a couple of injury-interrupted seasons at the Raiders and was clearly at the backend of his career. It was always a gamble of a signing. There was a reason that Ricky was happy to move on from him.
No he was coming off one injury-interrupted season. The second injury occurred five minutes after we signed him.

Yeah and that game demonstrated how poor our attack was as well. We had 59% of possession and won 26-8. You don’t see the forest through the trees.
lol we scored 26 points against the second best defensive side and somehow it’s proof our attack is poor? Merkin you’re cooked. Dominating possession is to help our defence, not our attack. We grind through the middle to wear the opposition down.

This is true, but when you are on a 3 peat, you can get players to compromise to be part of that wave. Would Alomoti have signed that same deal with us or similar club?
Exactly. Hey Alamoti, we’ll match the Panthers offer for you to come and play for our reserve grade side instead. Whaddaya say?

What about that 10mins where we had a one player advantage - would you say our attack was good then?

What about as the Dogs had player after player put out of the game reducing their bench rotations - would you say our attack was good during that part of the second half?

Well if I could pick and choose ten minute periods to try and make a point (like yourself) I would pick one where we scored a couple of tries you imbecile

Of course you would cherry pick that 10min example to support your agenda...

But rather than posting selective stats, can you simply admit your attempted criticism of statements by others that our attack was weak - when it most mattered, and could have secured the game over at least 3x ten minute periods - is misplaced and lacking?

Start of season -

Edwards Gutherson
Too Sivo
Tago Penisini
May Russel
Turuva Simmonson
J.Mclean H. Dunster
D.Laurie Z. CINI

IF YOU WHERE LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY WHICH ONES WOULD YOU THINK WILL BE EASIER TO BREAK INTO

Also keeping in mind one club has a history of developing young talented juniors nearly every year and the other doesn't.

Well he signed with the riff in September for 1 year.

We had plenty of time to sign him prior to that and offer 2 years.

Starting spot with us looks easier than at the Riff

Wasn’t May in legal trouble when Alamoti signed with Penrith?

Or hear me out...

Offer him a 2 year deal mid season before the riff sign him on a 1 year deal in September...

May Tago or

Penisini (No one)

Where was his best chance to get a first grade spot...
