The Knights are the most insipid team i have seen in my 26 years of watching rugby league.

We have won some spoons our attack has never been this pathetic.

They wouldn't score a root if they went to the brothel with cash to burn.

How O'Brien survives this i dont understand how a club can lock themselves into a coach with a 2 million dollar payout especially one thats won 1 finals game in 6 years and it went to golden point.

I suppose there the same dopes who paid Dylan Brown 13million across 10 years

Spent close to 15 years going to Newcastle to work with businesses in the town, about 10/12 years ago a number of them dropped off going as they said there used to be mostly players from Newie and surrounding districts in the team, now it seems to be imports and players with no history to the region. Somewhat insular but it is what it is.

They used to go in groups from the different towns etc, but then decided not to bother and there were some people with real interest and involvement with teams in and around the town. Newcastle is different to Sydney where there are 9 teams in close proximity, certainly seems like the recent managers missed the reason why Knights were drawing crowds and being somewhat successful.

This season is on Par with their 2016 season they averaged 12 points per game that year.

I agree who ever signed Brown for 10 years should be sacked asap.

At least we only re-signed Dylan for 9 years... of which he's lasting 3 years, to the first of many included POs.

Hope the Knights put some COs in that decade long contract... that would actually be smart business.
