Great win. Everyone stepped up today and did their job. Didnt panic. Moses and King Gutho were outstanding. The forward pack was great. Have to give a big wrap to the outside backs especially Bailey, made over 200m I believe. Also great club debut for Asi set up two tries and came up with good tackles.

Ive got to say the players off the bench seem to get better each week, Ogden and Makatoa were great and Moretti and Doorey played well off the bench.

Happy with that win especially over the Dogs.

Have a feeling hodgo will be named at 7 for Sat...
There will be a lot of options for 7 next week and if anything it’s going to be about the tackle 5. So it’s fine to say give it to Asi or Hands if you think they can kick, but can they ?

As much as merkins might cringe at Hodgo at 7, leaving Gutho, Asi, and Hands were they are is a good solution. We know at least the Hodgo has a 40/20 which means that he can kick us out of trouble.

What’s the alternative without making multiple changes ?

how do you figure that?
yes we lost some games at the start but we're on a roll now and have a far superior for & against than half the teams above us (even better now, thanks bulldogs!) so unless we have a broncos-like fadeout we'll be in the mix
I think we'll need to win 5 games to make the Top 8.

I think we might struggle to beat both Manly and Warriors without Junior and Moses. We shall see though.

And I don't see us winning 5 of our remaining other 8 games.

Pends on our momentum

Playing a lot better now without being full strength

We might be able to pinch next week as Manly are just as depleted. And if we can i think we should make finals.

If Joffa and Matto are due back so we should have a bit more forward depth to cover Junior.

It will come down to Gutho or Schuster next week i suspect whoever creates more points.

Warriors i think will be too hard unless Dylan's court case gets settled on June 28.

I don't think we tinker with the outside backs...I think next man up in the halves. If Matto is fit then play him at 6 and Asi 7.
Alternatively Hands 7 and Asi 6...I reckon Gutho will do a lot of handling of the ball playing. Need this one over Manly to catapult us up the ladder and jump a few teams
I like Hands 7, Asi 6; except that would leave us with Hodgson at 9 for 80 minutes. Still, if Gutherson stays at fullback but also gets more involved around the ruck area in attack, it could work.

If Matto is fit i reckon he just goes to 6 up against Schuster.

Asi will have to play 7 and Gutho to 1.

Gutho though will be running the show and we dont lose anything defensively.

Good win. Couldn't believe the bunker call of no try to Sivo. What was Simmo supposed to do?

Excellent game from Cartwright, he has really stepped up this season.

Minimal changes for next week. Asi will be half, not sure who should partner him.

That was disgraceful, the bloke in the bunker mustve had a few wines, then took longer to disallow the JAC try when it looked so obvious he knocked on.

The on field ref was terrible as well.
