It was a shit kick but it was a good decision, Pou logic right there.I said it was a terrible kick. I just thought it was a good decision.
They have both put in plenty of shit kicks this year, especially under pressure.
Are you f**ken geniused? Kicking from dummy half when no merkin was home in defence was a great idea. The fact the execution was poor is what turned it into a bad play.It was a shit kick but it was a good decision, Pou logic right there.
When was the last time Moses put in a poor kick? They have put in shit kicks all year but their kicking game was outstanding Thursday night and one of the big reason we had a 10 point lead. Don’t you think they should of been doing the kicking with the game on the line instead of some reserve grade plodder???
And the opposition know it.It’s it Moses team now???
It was such a great decision it cost us the game, two basic errors in 10 mins but I’m just looking for a scapegoat. Are you f**ken geniused? Kicking from dummy half when no merkin was home in defence was a great idea. The fact the execution was poor is what turned it into a bad play.

Either way, the useless merkins should have been able to defend for another five minutes. They had been doing it well all night. Stop looking for a scapegoat to make yourself feel better you weak gutted merkin.

It was that bonehead play which completely buried us, we’d worked hard for a 10 point lead before that chucklehead came on the field.Plenty of shit cost us the game.
But but but but Smith does it at training. Is it a bad decision if Alvaro decides, in a rush of blood, to jump in at dummy half and go for 40/20? I’d say absolutely yes. Smith needs to know his place in the team and the big playmaker he is not. Bad decision for mine.
The eels are full of good trainers. It’s the 80 minutes that count we struggle with. But but but but Smith does it at training.
The Aussie cricket team is always hitting them well in the nets as well.
The better option was to wait until 5th tackle to kick the ball. You limit the amount of time that the opposition then has with the ball, you kick it from a deeper position, you get it to a better general play kicker who has been kicking well the entire night.
Smith went for the glory play when it wasn't needed.
If we waited there would have been less space to kick to and more pressure on the kickers. How many of our kicks have rebounded off f**king defenders this year, for no tackle count restart?
Yeah like I posted yesterday, when Smith does kick he only kicks once per game. His previous two kicks this year were both almost 60 metres. It's a surprise option. Surprise motherf**ker!
Smith has played in the halves for us. He is a playmaker and kicking option. He has kicked a lot more for us than Alvaro has.Is it a bad decision if Alvaro decides, in a rush of blood, to jump in at dummy half and go for 40/20? I’d say absolutely yes. Smith needs to know his place in the team and the big playmaker he is not. Bad decision for mine.
Will Smith's previous two kicks were both for 58 metres. This is during NRL matches, not training. But but but but Smith does it at training.

And with momentum one of our dopes would surely have tried to put on a line break and someone would have dropped the ball. At least Smith found touch. They where back peddling. Two more charges has them back further. We may also of had a penalty in those 2 runs. Momentum on the previos run in that set was clearly with Eels.

The surprise outcome was a race downfield between French, Mennings and MacDonald as they chased the kick towards the Dragons in-goal.No need for suprises. Play the percentages. Whats the suprise outcome?
Plenty of opportunity for shit to go wrong. A single kick into space only leaves room for the kick to go wrong. Unfortunately it did. But a kick by Norman or Moses could have ricocheted off a Dragons player and out the sideline as it has done so often this year.Had we played put the set and gave them the ball inside there 15mtrs we control the last 5 mins. We also take another 20 seconds off the clock.
