A bigger worry is the coach is locked in too

This sides kidding themselves.

 

They need to employ someone.

 

There’s a few aging players but the squad isn’t the issue

Coaches are never locked in...

 

Hopefully this is rock bottom for the season. If it isn't I don't want to know what rock bottom looks like.

 

Kearney is looking for a job.

 

You might want to revisit previous seasons.

 

Mahoney has no running game (which is amazing considering how good our pack has been this year). He is a bad support player. His passing has is below average. He makes a lot of 3rd man tackles. He has a good short kicking game.
He doesn't bring enough. We need to get in the market.

 

So is Paul Green and Shane Flanaghan.

 

Mate I have told every merkin on here our results in winning are not showing a true reflection of where we are at. We are closer to the teams outside of top 8 then inside.
BA has locked in this squad long term. Extended MJ for another 2 seasons. Massive problems to be resolved. BA has no game plan. It is the same f**king play every week and other teams know it. Moses just rolls with it anyhows when it isnt on.

 

Anyone is worth a go, the people we have in charge have shown they aren't capable of rectifying it.

We do not stand a chance against a well coached side. This is the issue.

 

Dislike

 

Really poor support play, on both sides of the ball. You only miss that many tackles if most of your attempts are one on one. And every time we make a half break there's no merkin nearby.

 

Don't forget Phil Economidis.

He invented the Econovan...and took the Gold Coast to 7th!

 

The loss either makes or breaks. Interesting times over the next few weeks.
