That reminded me alot of the St George game, onlywe hung in there a bit better.

The opposition was keen as f**k .... seemingly incredible line speed and ruck domination (almost too good to be true)

But its only illegal if you get pinged .... i think thats the gameplan for beating us. We need to come up with some options against defensive lines that get a headstart. Few passes wide each ruckmaybe

Young Arthur is 2 years away from being a full time NRL player and Dylan is a running 5/8. Problem is that Will Smith can’t manage a team, so we circle back to Jake.

Their Usaine Bolt line speed killed us. Thats it. If we have the room in the ruck that we are entitled to, we are a different side.

J.Arthurs is not a lock to make it. Just like Flananagn was a star and people said as good as N.Cleary

We have such an outstanding pack and it’s really sad that we can’t take advantage of that by converting on the scoreboard. There’s no reason why we shouldn’t have won well with 62% of the possession. This isn’t an isolated issue for just this game. It has been an underlying issue in the teams attacking structures for a while now. It’s why we rely so heavily on scoring off kicks since we can’t seem to create.

We need pace and class out wide. We have some kids coming through (Penisini and Russell) but in the meantime I’d be still trying to offload Blake and get a quality winger with pace.

You are really not giving the Raiders enough credit. We have played all the top 6 sides and NONE have come at us with that kind of energy.

Oh no, I give plenty of credit to the Raiders, they played much better than us, given the two teams on paper. But the team we put on the field should have beaten that Raiders team.

bottom line coach good to reach finals not good enough to win the big game Jake not good enough to play first grade too many bad plays through the game need 2 good centers & a winger plus look at Ferguson as coach but they wont another 10 year Smith not to win anything
