Jake is only 19...

There is a small handful of players who are brilliant at age 19, but there aren't many.

Jake is doing a solid job, imo.

He has heaps of work to do, but he's not costing us games.

I do agree that he should not be our back-up half at this stage of his development, but he's so young.
