Look at it this way, if you play the same style for 5 years, the opposition can actually work out your plays and counter them. Pretty much what has happened, even in junior league , you have to change as every game is recorded .

The attacking shapes we run are just overs plays time after time, with no one running inside shoulders, how friggin amateurish is that.

The players deserve better structure than this.

Great facilities, great home ground, great fan base and then this, just not good enough

FMD, we have no shape in attack at all, being loyal to the coaching staff who have been there for a long time is fcu*ked. MON has to show some aggression and insist on changes, the club with the biggest membership and highest home attendances realistic should receive better .

Just a sh*tshow , despite the effort , and we don’t want to hear the coaches presser being the same as every other week.
