All four were soft because our marker defence has been abysmal, and they are just killing us in behind the ruck

BA really needs to update his bench rotations. Junior can be effective in 2x 20min bursts, but can't be left on to play "big minutes" just because, or because of his contract size... ditto for RCG when he's playing.

We should have two middles on the bench capable of coming on at the right time for the right minutes (i.e. 40mins as needed) - Matterson can do it, we just need one more. There's no point shielding whoever is on the bench in that role this week (Offa?) from coming on and doing some decent hard work.

Hands also needed a break around the 25-30min mark, that's what Lussick's on the bench for.... And we've also got another forward on the bench (Moretti this week) up our sleeves that will again get played for too few minutes/uses.
