I know we are dumb. Why are we so dumb against the Bunnies? Flogged us 6 games in a row. No other team has that record over us. They weren’t even full strength. Flogged 6 times in a row is more than just being dumb.

what I saw was south’s play exactly like they normally do (lots of energy, cook/Murray dangerous in the middle, seeping plays and Mitchell x factor) and have done previously against us (however happy to be corrected)……

And us start slow, with no energy and losing the middle like we usually do every 3 or so week..

Looking forward to the lesson….

I think we must be one of the slowest teams in the NRL.

I would think the slowest, and we're consistent at it. Almost every game this year we're the team most likely to start our sets inside the 10.

i'd argue that we outdumbed them because we knew exactly what they were going to do and were unable to stop it

Performances like this against Souths are just becoming far far too predictable. This is the least Souths have scored against us for a while. Are we improving though? No

If they finish 5th or 6th and we finish 7th or 8th and have to play them, I'd be just as happy to forfeit and be done with it. For whatever reason, it's going to be a pointless exercise.

There is zero tactical nous at the club, this has been evidenced for a while now. You can't just rely on individual brilliance to score tries. If we're going to beat Souths we'd need at least a modicum of tactical nous.

Our recent record against the Bunnies is now 6 straight losses. 210 -78 total points to the Bunnies.

Well people , that was embarrassing.
The coach needs to go. But equally, our highly paid front rowers were garbage. Papali’i has so much stupid in his game. Matto went missing.
Gutho tried his guts out, Lane was easily the best forward, closely followed by Cartwright and Drown at least got his hands on the football in the second half.
Considering our whole game is built on the back of winning the middle, our middle was dogshit tonight.

this is freakin embarrassing. To think the coach had time to prepare the team. And they still don’t look like they are coached or motivated

To me that isn’t being outsmart, we knew exactly what they wouId do….

for me being outsmart is doing something different which isn’t expected….like the 1998 semi against the broncos where we out classed but Smith had us kicking for touch every set to slow down the game and stop the broncos attack….

They would have wanted to give him another week if we won tonight but he needs to be back next Saturday.
