I thought it was a great effort by a side full of reserves. Yeah should’ve closed it out but what can you do? I always thought Penrith coming back was likely. Talagi got burned a few times. Great attacker, shit defender. I’m happy with the effort. Result hurts a bit but basically is completely irrirrelevant

1) Mitch Moses is interviewed on the ground and not once asked about rumours he was moving on. Could have gotten a massive cheer if he just said he was committed to Parra

2) Phil Sim giving this $350,000 cheque to Parramatta Junior League. Could have said "This is some of the money we would have spent on Blaze, instead we will re-invest it in our juniors, you are replacable"

3) The Game and the no offside call from the 2nd last panthers try.

at the end of the day they had their guy on the field firing and our guy is in the injury ward. it sucks but we did our best

Game turned when Asi put that dumb kick in on the 3rd when Too cleaned it up then PENISINI compounded it with a stupid penalty. Cleary kicked the penalty to the halfway line and then went bang bang bang. Just real dumb football.

The kick was terrible as was the chase. What was Talagi doing? We have the worst kick chase in the comp and continue to do nothing about it.
Like last week, when Asi kicked long and made his tackles he looked ok. Any time he had to think (apart from the line break for Lane) he was hopeless

All we had to do is defend one set of six in the last 7 minutes. We couldn’t even do that. Penrith were out to $26 in the head to head betting. We had to virtually do the impossible to drop that lead and we managed to do that.
