I just think you can't compare them. Ricky Stuarts's record at the Chooks is very different to his record at Parramatta, for example. It's apples and oranges.

Part of me suspects Bellamy might 'fail' at most clubs, but he can obviously coach. So can Robinson. I'm sure there's better coaches than Arthur but he is a good one.

Ricky was handed a team then won the competition but could only win 1 out of 3 grand finals.
He then went to a few other clubs and could not build a team to win a competition.

He has had a long time at Canberra now to have built something. Will they will while he is coach.. I doubt it.


Bellamy has been able to have the big 4 come through lose them and continue to be competitive while getting some other good players come through.


Robbo has been given players won a competition with SBW and again with Cronk.

I guess that's the difference between a coach that can adjust their team's game plan and mind set at half time, and one that can't... or allows them to underestimate the opposition's ability to improve?
