So Corey Parker mentions that cleary was unstable on his feet before he kicked the field goal and the trainers were questioning whether they should take him off for HIA. He scores the 8 points for them to win. Wonder if the NRL will be looking into it?

Wow he kicked it while concussed?

Too made 275mtrs without a linebreak. Has this been done before. And only 40% of the ball. He is suspect underhigh ball. But I've never seen a performance like that. Kids a wrecking ball. 14tackle breaks to go with that.
Ok ok ok we get it...enough already

You sure that wasn't 275 errors instead of metres...

It's great they scheduled Brisbane on a Thursday evening before the long trip to Darwin with a game at home.
Oh and Parra go down to Canberra and play on a Saturday night. Embarrassing scheduling.

He made one line break and 3 errors, he only got that 275 cause the Ponys were targeting him with the high ball every few minutes, getting in his face and bashing him, hence only one line break. Credit to him he often made another run in the set after getting smashed on tackle 1. Be interesting to see how his fatigue and body hold up come end of the year. Staines is no Mansour in games like last night when it would have helped. . Had the lowest hitups and metres from the back 5

Penrith had 51% of the ball

Geez, I'll never understand why we let Jeff Robson go if he was anything like this Cleary kid, according to @Gronk of course....
Pfffffffft... Jeff Robson could do that...

Amiright @Gronk
@Gronk again... Just for lols

Credit where it's due. The 6 & 7 are the dynamic duo of the NRL. For mine the 6 is Batman and the 7 is Robin. Take nothing away from the 7, he pushed up and supported as needed and his kicking game was on point.

To'o was the energizer bunny again and I loved his fast feet carrying the ball back. I worry about his longevity in the game. Players with his stature like Matt Utai, Akuila Uate, David Nofoaluma don't seem to have long careers in the NRL.
