Dropped Kelman after his shit defence that's about it on the surface our defence is worse PPG same as our attack PPG and our wins/loss column is worse.

But as mentioned enough times now do you want to be the Dragons who went out and bought older player just to be in the 8 with no players coming through or would you rather be rebuilding the club from the bottom up hopefully with years off success?

They have coachman, Hamish Stewart, Dylan Egan coming through...and a few good ones in the reserves. We have 2 reserve grade sides...their coach has the credibility and runs on the board despite the peptide saga..we have a bloke who already looks defeated...the clown next to him is also a flop who has not been a successful 1st grade coach in the nrl...massive flop

You need to be able to replace players when you get rid of them though. We've let two extremely influential players leave and failed to replace them. It appears they won't be replaced...we'll be f**ked until someone finally works out we should finally replace them.

Lomax will eventually get sick of being underpaid, and Isaac knows his cousin is on unders going forward...

Yeah please Mitchell is not on unders.

His almost on 250k per club game atm as we can't get him on the park

The bloke has played 5 club games in 12 months and 5 rep games he has nothing to complain about getting paid to be spending 90% of the time in the rehab club.

Injuries are part of the game.

But something doesn't add up for mine how easy he and his management gave up the POs so quickly this year.

Mitchell owes it to the club to tell Laurie he won't be playing origin this year on the quiet.

But we all know that won't happen.

Happy with dropping Matto and Carty...
Reg is meh did have one nice run off the bench but middle defence was crap...

Would have liked to have kept Gutho but on a reduced rate and brought Iongi on from the wing Gutho would also have been playing 5/8 next year..

Kelman is the biggest fraud even I had high hopes for him but after the Storm game won't be seen again...

Kuatonga and Lane lucky to be playing first grade we all saw tonight what a second rowers should be like in Hudson Young....BTW we did have that in ICE

So Reg is now meh ???

6 games is a small sample to be honest..

I agree 5 loses this year and only 1 win isn't great at all and hopefully Ryles thinks the same.

But as I said (I think) Ryles has cleaned out players and assistant coaches what did Kearney do when he became head coach?

Well tomorrow I am watching the Matt's Ball Gale Fiaola cup teams play in the semis... Bright Side...

Watched Flegg win again today and average 12 points against them after 5 games so far this season and some Hamdy player come though.

CUP won again today despite all the changes to the side and RMC players included.against a pretty tough Raiders outfit.

Watched Iongi and Smith continue to develop tonight.
Simmonson come back from an ACL injury and suprise me how well he played after watching him in cup last week..

So yeah bright side.

Respect your opinion mate, but I thought Smith and Iongi went two steps backwards tonight. Some of their defensive efforts were terrible.

Not sure about that Iongi will miss 1 on 1 tackles but if you watched the Broncos or Manly this weekend both higher rated fullbacks missed some easier tackles..plusade some shocking attacking calls

Smith again was in everything but what do you expect from him when none of our starting forwards make over 100m?

He won an NRL GF though the Sharks were over the cap the year prior and after they won if but not the year they won it funny that....

Ionghi has been alright but wouldn't be getting too excited...
I saw a fair bit a cup games with Ionghi and Papalii..I think Papalii is better...but hey I might be wrong...nevertheless it's clear we need Moses, Lomax and Jack Williams in the team to be competitive..without them we are rudderless, heartless and clueless
