The starting Hopgood at hooker rubbish needs to stop.
Start ryley and give him a break at 25/30 with Walker playing hooker until halftime then start 2nd half with Ryley back at hooker with Walker in his roving role.
There is just so much wrong with this club at the moment...top down

agree .... half the time we think Hopgood is a middle pig, then he is meant to be a dummy half

though I also get the reluctance to start ryley ...... he is not up to 80 minutes - but if you start him, then take him off, you use up an extra interchange putting him back on

but hey - maybe thats still worth a shot ... having 50 put on us regularly isn't saying what we are doing is a roaring success

Can’t blame the players as most are trying , particularly the inexperienced ones in the team. Blame the recruitment team that has failed for years out come the fluffy emails telling us who we have signed and how good the R&R team are.

we signed reserve graders , the Raiders signed a pommie who looks better than anything we have . Lomax seems to be a BA recruit, look at who they signed outside of him, Harper , Kelma, Hawkins, Katonga, and others all from lower grades and young. Where are they looking, how do they sell themselves to player managers and players, not the most dynamic of personalities.

How are O'Neil and Rogers still in that position!, not going to blame Sarantinos as he as he doesn’t appear to be at the coal face ( or shouldn’t be). Until the club gets serious in the recruitment area and demand success as other clubs do, sit back and watch more of the same.

We need to keep the better than average players from Flegg as we see the Bulldogs have done, Tuavati and Twidle for instance are off contract at the end of the season, as are others. The life of a Parra fan where looking to the past is most satisfying. Clear the decks in the recruitment area, get some grunt at the top there and start a new era.

Getting too old and cranky to watch the club stuff it up again.
