We are in need of a huge rebuild, and I agree that our two best players are injured, but thats no excuse for the rest of the squad to be shit.

We cant just go out and buy a new squad so we have to wait for some of these contracts to run down, pay overs for decent players and wait for our juniors to mature becuase we do have some talent there. The tricky bit is not to block thier pathways.

This forum seems to flip flop and blame one day the coach for our squad and the next person will blame the head of recruitment. Another will blame the RnR committee. There is even one person on here who takes aim at the CEO.

Who is right (rather than who thinks he is right) ?
So in other words, the forum is full of people with different opinions. Well, f**k me...

There isn't one person at fault at Parra. It requires failure at multiple levels to end up in the steaming pile of shit that we find ourselves.

Actually, from what we saw on tv, think the referee officiated scared last might and he was the worst seen on the field for a while, and it’s a big number.

Atkins in the bunker ruled a penalty try, a hip drop, a dubious dead ball decision and more all in favour of the Raiders, not surprising really.

At full strength our backs are good enough to compete.
Caveat being Ionghi developing as we hope, and Drown competing this year, and being replaced with someone decent next year.
Our forwards just aren’t up to it.

His win/loss ratio would have to be the worst in the comp. Unlucky or someone with a loser mentality?
If you play a lot of your career with the Tigers and then Eels, does the loses define you as a player? Gutho’s w/l must be ordinary too.

I am not against moving on, but you need to replace him with someone equal, with more upside, not pay overs and be mindful about experience. So maybe a player with 50 NRL games.

I think we are in alot of pain for this year and even next year as there isn't many good players on the market until 2027..
We may get lucky and a player get an early release but unlikely.

The good thing is though by then I'll probably be dead from some type of alcohol induced reason

Yes inexperience definitely

But the raiders played in the same conditions, as did the dolphins and cowboys and they all did very well.

In fact given how many times we have played there you'd think we'd have an edge in preperation and game plan etc

Yet everytime we look like fools

I have to say it but this organisation from the HOF up has no idea what it is doing.

No arguments from me there.

I can't wait to overhaul this roster.
