Rd7: Eels v Knights GAME DAY THREAD in Newcastle 24/4/22

He plays so slow. A decent defensive team would force multiple errors out of him or around him every week. You can tell who he is passing to way too early and that is why Brown dropped that early ball.
He hasn't improved since his horror first grade debut in that trial last year.
So it was Arthur’s fault that Brown dropped the ball? Right.

Solid first half. If we don’t put on at least 30 on these guys we are not in form.

Lane has become very important to us especially in attack and people putting shit on him know very little about the game.

I think most of the criticism of Lane centres around his lack of effort, sometimes.

I think we've been average against a terrible side.
We have not got into any sort of rhythm at all. And don't look dangerous. Just playing simple footy and getting the job done.

We've not gotten out of second gear.

If we turn up the intensity in the second half, we run away with it.

Theory why we took the 2

- Our forwards/outside backs rolling down the field easy

- Knights average about 10 points a game last few games so a 12 point lead is a mental issue for a side like them

- Kills more time before HT break

Need to be careful here while Junior and Reg are off . Oregan and Makatoa have nowhere near the same punch
