The more we look at our retention the more concerned i am.
1. NSW Cup team next year automatically loses half there team with Melbourne going it alone.
2. We have given debuts this year too 2 new players Peachey - now leaving and Feki - rumored to be going, something is wrong here, yes Peachey maybe money but Feki he has looked better then most of our backs.
3. We have players ie Mills, Stapleton, M.Wright - they have been given more then enough chances to cement FG spots but have failed never see offers for them to leave, we dont say no longer wanted but come end of year they seem to be resigned and clogging up the system going forward.
4. We have resigned Topou & Robson, so when they finish next contracts they will be 32 are both that good to be resigned we have ageing team, unless the player can add something more then younger player they need to be released.
5. Young players off contract yet to see FG what is happening with these guys Politino, Moroko, Coates, Sopoaga are they staying the positions they play are spots we have veterans or non performers holding now.
6. Veterans off contract Ross, Taufau, Morris - I cannot see how we can look at keeping these players moving forward retaining these will see the club slide backwards.
7. Pom - If the club is fair dinkum in trying to win he has to go he is 29 years old, has not improved in last 4 years but he still is in the team and has yet to show that he is worth one red cent
