Given the sharks penchant for pinching all the Tigers good players, i'll assume its Simona & Koroibete lol

Simona is the future star I have heard.

Wighton is still along way away from happening.

Were they really happy with us prior to anything happening at present anyway?

I think so, yes. They did agree to release 4 players to us. This one, however, will be a genuine poaching.

Thats very interesting Cb4....... when I posted we were talking to Wighton you called it Bull5hit.

Changed your tune?

Did you not see the part of long way away from happening.

I could tell you we are interested in speaking with Cameron Smith next season, how close do you think we would be?

The only thing wrong with Simona signing is that he is a clone of LooTv. Same side, maybe a tad faster.
The other thing wrong is that we didnt get noafaluma

Yes I did. I never said we had signed him either. Just discussions.... I may know more after friday night though.

I know nothing about it. I will only ever post info I know to be 100% true. If u say we are interested in Smith, than I am sure we are. I wouldnt call it Bull5hit anyway.

ohhhhh now that's more like it

Santa's come early if we pull these two signings off

Ah that sounds bad, you know what I mean

My prediction. No signing until ASADA findings published. Or signings with release clauses related to ASADA.

Easily proved wrong if an NRL standard players signs. Put it like this, would you leave another club to sign for the Sharks? Parra nuffies with no option exempted.

You might be right but I'm hearing crickets atm and everyone involved in the initial proceedings from a political stand point are gawnnn. I see it running out of steam, be a brave government to proceed with the witch hunt when they have gone into self preservation mode and overthrown their leader. Egg shells come to mind.

If I was a player that shit wouldn't stop me from coming over, only a few of the players in question will remain in the top side and even the club next year.

Funny that, such an astute club like essenden crumbles at the foundation's when the shit hit the fan compared to our little battler of a club which took some early knocks but she's still sailing! Amazing really considering the leaks from the hull!

Not counting my chickens yet but at this stage can't see anything of substance coming of this, could be wrong

Bring on Simona and Wighton, now that's a deadly backline!

Bit of an exaggeration., crumbling at the foundation's. 50000+ members and Kia as sponsors., 3rd in the comp.

We get excited at 1/5 the members and no sponsors. But we are still sailing unlike Essendon!

Not on field performances but how the ASADA stuff has played out for them and the latest admissions from Jobe about taking a banned substance in his brownlow medal winning year, they're in much deeper shit

Review in 6 months. I back the Essendon/AFL combo over ours. Jobe admitted taking a banned substance in a staged managed interview. Our CEO sacked 4 senior staff members and the coach. Still happy but not sure why only Flanno restored to his position. Their may be no winners , but Essendon seem to be lining up reduced penalties to be served in their off season. I doubt we have a plan. Time will tell. Speak in person to Wade and tell me he dressed like a boofhead at the ASADA interview for a strategical reason.

We will escape ASADA sanctions cos it was a political gesture started by a feeble government soon to be removed not because of innocence or clever strategies.

with Bruno and Noyce onboard I'd hardly think we have NO plan

think as you may about what wade did but there was definitely a plan, its called battening down the hatches and not giving an inch. Not to mention that from what I've read I think the players involved were getting VERY good legal advice.

I think you will find any penalty handed by ASADA will not be able to be served 'in the off season'. WADA would crack the shits.
