The Penrith deal for Peachey is about what most people (who have a clue) would consider pretty reasonable for a player of his potential.

I'm at a loss as to why the sharks woukdnt match it? Unless there are Money issues Cap or Actual money.

You are a clown RedBowden. Look at the quality in the Sharks roster. That costs money. The panthers have next to no major starts in their squad meaning they have a tonne of cash to splash around.
